This remote monitoring PDU, an intellectual and network manageable device for power solution and equipment management, is individually developed by TOP Electric. Besides turning-on, turning-off and rebooting local and remote electric equipment, it senses loading current, voltage between live and neutral, voltage between neutral and ground, as well as temperature. There are two types of TOP Remote Monitoring PDU, i. c. net-PDU and Lo-PDU. They can be linked together (each net-PDU can monitor up to 32 Lo-PDU), and also can be separately.

Remote Monitoring PDU breaks the limitation of distance and regions. Wherever it is, as long as network is available, it provides safety monitoring and warning, and intelligent management for power environment through LAN and WAN. For electric equipment that is inaccessible over network, Remote monitoring PDU manages the equipment through RS232 and RS485. When the electric equipment fails or freezes-up, remote monitoring PDU reboots the equipment automatically. The avoidance of hand resetting improves the efficient of disaster recovery.

8. Each PDU has a general power switch and indication to the situation of power distribution on every outlet
9. Software can be easily updated for free to continually improve the performance of remote monitoring PDU and to recover bugs
10. It can be horizontally mounted to 19-inch standard racks and enclosures. Through the use of mounting brackets, user can adjust the mounting styles of their PDU
11. Power outlets of each remote monitoring PDU can be individually controlled with standard website browser from different regions where network is available
12. Remote Monitoring PDU can not only turn-off, restart and orderly connect equipment locally and remotely, but also be capable for automatically cutting out the power for individual power outlet.
13. LAN and VPN can manage remote power through the application of “ TOP Remote Monitoring PDU management center” software system.
14. Serial interface management is available through the application of windows super terminal files
15. Software system of “TOP Remote Monitoring PDU management center” can monitor and manage up to 1000 net-PDU.
